Referrals

For all consultations,  please be aware that it is ultimately the responsibility of the attending patient to provide a current referral from your referring doctor to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Waiting times

The waiting time for your consultation will vary depending on the doctor and  the urgency of the referral. Please send the referral to us so that it can be assessed by the relevant doctor and then you will be contacted with the allocated appointment time.

Medicare and Fees

Please note that full payment is required at the end of your consultation. The fee varies depending on the doctor, consultation time and complexity. You will be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have provided a current referral from your referring doctor. We provide electronic claiming/reimbursement.
